These Seller Guidelines apply to anyone listing Digital Products on Woo AI. Compliance is mandatory; violations may lead to removal of listings or account suspension.

Eligibility and Onboarding

  • Sellers must be verified with accurate business information, including UAE trade license if applicable.
  • You must agree to these Guidelines and provide high-quality, original Digital Products.

Product Requirements

  • Digital Products must be functional, tested, and compatible with common tools (e.g., no coding required as advertised).
  • Provide detailed descriptions, screenshots, demos, benchmarks, integration guides, and change logs.
  • Ensure no malware, backdoors, or harmful code; we may scan submissions.
  • Comply with laws, including UAE export controls for AI tech and IP laws.

Listing and Pricing

  • Listings must be accurate; no misleading claims (e.g., “guaranteed results”).
  • Set fair prices; we may suggest adjustments for market fit.
  • Update products promptly for bugs or compatibility issues.

Fees and Commissions

  • Platform fee: 20% commission per sale (subject to change with notice).
  • Additional fees for promotions or premium features.
  • No listing fees, but optional paid boosts available.

Customer Support

  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Provide post-sale support (e.g., setup help) as described in listings.
  • Handle disputes fairly; escalate to us if needed.

Prohibitions

  • No infringing, illegal, or unethical content (see Prohibited Content Policy).
  • No spamming buyers or manipulating reviews.

Performance and Termination

  • Maintain high ratings; low performance may lead to delisting.
  • We may terminate Sellers for violations, with unpaid earnings forfeited if fraud is involved.
