Given the intangible and digital nature of AI agents and automations sold on Woo AI, all sales are generally final and non-refundable to prevent abuse and protect Sellers. This policy complies with UAE consumer protection laws (Federal Law No. 15/2020) and is designed to balance buyer satisfaction with platform integrity.

General Rules

  • Purchases are considered final upon completion of payment and delivery of the license or download link.
  • Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, lack of compatibility with your systems, or failure to review product descriptions, demos, or reviews prior to purchase.
  • If you have downloaded or accessed the Digital Product, no refund will be issued, as delivery is instantaneous and irrevocable.

Exceptions for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in limited circumstances:

  • Defective Product: If the Digital Product is technically defective (e.g., does not function as described, contains critical bugs, or fails to deploy), and this is not due to your environment or misuse.
  • Misrepresentation: If the product materially differs from its listed description, features, or benchmarks.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times in a short period.
  • Fraudulent Transaction: If the purchase was unauthorized (e.g., due to account compromise), subject to verification.

To request a refund, contact hello@woo-ai.com within 7 days of purchase, providing: (i) order details; (ii) a detailed explanation of the issue; (iii) evidence (e.g., screenshots, error logs). We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any transaction fees or taxes) within 10 business days.
  • Alternatives may include a replacement product, store credit, or license extension, at our discretion.
  • Sellers may handle certain refund requests directly, but we oversee the process.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension, loss of access to purchased products, and potential legal action.
  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery.

Additional Notes

  • Promotional or discounted items may have stricter refund terms.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws, such as UAE consumer laws for defective goods.
