To maintain a safe and lawful Platform, Woo AI prohibits certain content and activities. This policy complies with UAE laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 5/2012 on Combating Cybercrimes.
Prohibited Digital Products and Content
- Illegal items: Anything violating laws (e.g., hacking tools, malware, pirated software).
- Infringing content: Copyright, trademark, or patent violations.
- Harmful content: Viruses, spyware, or code that damages systems.
- Discriminatory or hateful: Promoting violence, racism, terrorism, or discrimination.
- Adult or explicit: Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Regulated items: AI agents for weapons, surveillance without consent, or financial scams.
- Misleading: False advertising, pyramid schemes, or unproven claims (e.g., “cure-all” AI).
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud: Fake reviews, account manipulation, or scams.
- Spam: Unsolicited messages or bulk listings.
- Harassment: Abusive communications.
- Interference: Bots, scraping, or overloading the Platform.
Enforcement
- We monitor and remove violations at our discretion.
- Users can report via hello@woo-ai.com.
- Penalties: Warnings, content removal, account suspension, or bans. Repeat offenders are permanently barred.
Appeals
Appeal decisions by providing evidence to hello@woo-ai.com within 7 days.
