This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of any Digital Product purchased or downloaded from Woo AI. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these terms, which supplement the Terms and Conditions.
License Grant
● Subject to payment and compliance, we and/or the Seller grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Digital Product for your personal or internal business purposes only.
● The license is for one user or entity unless otherwise specified in the product listing (e.g., multi-user options).
● You may make backup copies for archival purposes.
Restrictions
● You may not: (i) copy, distribute, resell, rent, or lease the Product; (ii) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile it; (iii) use it to create competing products; (iv) remove proprietary notices; (v) use it for illegal activities or in violation of export laws.
● No rights are granted to source code unless explicitly stated.
● The Product may include auto-optimization or integration features; you are responsible for any data processed through it.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with the Seller or licensors. No ownership is transferred.
Warranties and Disclaimers
● The Product is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for purpose or non-infringement.
● You assume all risks related to quality, performance, and compatibility.
Termination
● The license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement or the Terms.
● Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy all copies. No refunds for terminated licenses.
Limitations of Liability
Liability is limited as per the Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
Governed by UAE laws, with disputes resolved per the Terms.
