Neueal Systems L.L.C-FZ respects intellectual property (IP) rights and complies with UAE Federal Law No. 38/2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights, Federal Law No. 17/2002 on Trademarks, and international agreements like the Berne Convention. This policy outlines procedures for reporting and handling IP infringements on the Platform.
Reporting Infringements
If you believe content on the Platform (e.g., a Digital Product, listing, or review) infringes your copyright, trademark, patent, or other IP rights, submit a notice to hello@woo-ai.com with:
● Your full name, address, phone, and email.
● A description of the infringed work (e.g., title, registration number if applicable).
● The location of the infringing material (e.g., URL, product ID).
● Evidence of your ownership or authorization.
● A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized.
● Your electronic or physical signature.
For US users, we also follow Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedures, including the above elements.
Our Response
● We will promptly review notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
● We notify the affected User/Seller, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was erroneous.
Counter-Notices
To submit a counter-notice, email hello@woo-ai.com with:
● Identification of the removed content and its location.
● A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
● Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction in Dubai courts.
● Your signature. We may restore content if no legal action is taken within 10-14 business days.
Repeat Infringers
Users or Sellers with multiple valid infringement notices may have their accounts terminated.
Misuse of Policy
Submitting false notices may result in liability for damages, including legal fees.
